FarAway is provided by Dr. Sven-Eric Molzahn, Lommelstrasse 1, 85101 Lenting, Germany (hello@getfaraway.de). German law applies; mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
1. Service
FarAway lets you remotely view and control your own Macs from your other devices. Session content is end-to-end encrypted between your devices; our infrastructure provides connection brokering and an encrypted relay fallback.
2. Acceptable use
You may only connect to computers you own or are explicitly authorized to control. Abuse — including unauthorized access attempts, relay abuse, or unlawful content — leads to account termination.
3. Availability & liability
FarAway is currently provided free of charge and without availability guarantees. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence to the extent permitted by law.
4. Termination
You can delete your account at any time in the dashboard; this removes your account data and device registrations.
